Blessly (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates blessly.org. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the app, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name from Google.
Blessing box submissions
When you submit a blessing box, we collect the box name, street address, city, state, zip code, description, fill status, and any photo you choose to upload. Submitted photos are displayed publicly on the map and are linked to your account.
Location
If you use “Find a Box Near Me” or “Find Nearest Box,” your browser asks for your current location. This is used only to center the map or calculate distances — your precise location is never stored on our servers.
Camera and photos
When you upload a photo of a blessing box, your device's camera or photo library is accessed only at the moment you choose to take or select a photo. Photos you submit are stored on our servers and displayed publicly on the map alongside the box listing, linked to your account. We do not access your camera or photo library at any other time.
Visit logs
When you log a visit, we store your account ID, the box you visited, the fill status you reported, an optional note, any photo you attach, and the timestamp. Visit logs are linked to your account.
Reports
If you report a box, we store your account ID, the box ID, the reason, and any description you provide.
Push notifications
Blessly does not currently send push notifications. If this feature is added in a future version, it will require your explicit opt-in and you will always be able to opt out through your device settings.
Usage data
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated data about page visits. This does not include personal information.

- To respond to your contact form messages
Information We Share
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services that help us operate Blessly:

Data Retention
Your account data is retained until you delete your account. Box submissions, visit logs, and reports are retained as part of the service record. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
Your Rights
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. To request a copy of your data, ask questions about how your information is used, or submit a deletion request, please use our contact form.
Children's Privacy
Blessly is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
